Our Practice

Our hospital originally opened in 1953 under Dr. William Butler. In 2007, Doctors Frank and Meg Davis decided to continue in his tradition of exceptional animal care here in Karns. We now offer a wide range of medical services and surgeries for dogs, cats, pocket pets, and large animals.

Karns Animal Clinic is proud to serve the Knoxville, TN area for everything pet-related. Our team is committed to educating our clients on how to keep their pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise. Karns Animal Clinic stays on top of the latest advances in veterinary technology and above all, remembers that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care in every check-up, procedure, or surgery.

Our facility is equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and IDEXX laboratory equipment. This helps our doctors diagnose and treat problems as quickly as possible. We also maintain excellent relationships with nearby specialists should your pet need a referral for specialized care.
